Enabling a simpler and easier checkout process for Kayser customers across multiple devices

One of Australia’s largest lingerie brands Kayser approached Loud&Clear with a desire to update its website and increase sales. We identified a need to build a responsive website for them based on the amount of mobile device traffic they received and the undeniable importance of responsive design on the web today.

The main focus was to enable a simpler and easier checkout process for customers shopping on a desktop computer as well as on their handheld devices.

 

We utilised the feature-rich ecommerce platform Prestashop, developing a sophisticated cart abandonment strategy to help prevent drop off and increase conversion rates. The result was a new checkout process which allows the user to view their cart, fill out their details, check out and pay all on the one page. We also created an algorithm to find out customers’ shopping modes or moods to serve them what they want to see.

Following the website launch, Loud&Clear continue to work with Kayser to create a better user experience based on deep dive analytics to discover and predict how their shoppers operate at both product launch, and in between seasons.
