Elle Macpherson was looking to launch her new brand ‘Elle Macpherson Body’ to a global audience.
Given the reach of the brand, the site needed to handle large volumes of international orders and multiple pricing models based on location. The site had to be capable of handling large amounts of orders, manage delivery inventory, and offer a small Australian-based marketing team the ability to tailor products, rewards and offers to a global audience.

Our UX team conducted research with a range of users to define the optimum shopping experience, defining purchase flows, and personalised stories for different journeys, including cart abandonment.
Our clickable prototypes allowed us to rapidly create and test our stories, and informed our wireframes and visual approach.
Integrated with Stripe for payment and Microsoft Dynamics AX, admins can deliver up-to-date pricing, with real time inventory control and shared commerce between the online, and bricks and mortar stores. The websites integration with Startrack ensures users experience rapid delivery of their products once purchased and a one-click refund process.
With database management, historical user data and in-built campaign tools, admins are able to engage with their customers on a personal level, tailoring the offering for different customers all over the world. Every engagement provides admins with deeper ability to segment and engage as they align products and prices to customers.
One of most powerful features of Sitecore Commerce is the ability for multiple stores to be spun off the main site. The Elle Macpherson Body site takes advantage of this, creating storefronts and personalised offers tailored towards Australian, UK and US audiences.
Private sales can be spun up for individual segments, enabling marketers to create a luxurious, special online experience, a digital offering normally available only to ‘all members at once’.
